Refund and Returns Policy


We hope you will be happy with any items you’ve ordered from us, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, you’ll find details of our Refund policy below.

At, our team ensures processing correct items as per order. We also strongly recommend that the items are checked at the time of delivery. We are happy to issue a refund based on the Situations listed below:

  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
  • Received a defective item;
  • The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
  • The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

For any reason. if the customer wants to cancel the placed order then order cancellation can be done within 24 working hours of the order placement & then within 6-8 working hours our accounts team initiate the refund. After we initiate the refund it takes 3-5 working days for the amount credit to the customer’s account.

Please Note: Once we have received your returned item we will issue a refund to the payment method which you have furnished to pay for the order. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show on your account.

Note: If you see that you are getting the damaged item on delivery, then do not accept the product delivery because we do not guarantee any refund or replacement in case if you accept the damaged item.
